Making Coq au Vin and requires pearl onions. Making in a crook pot. Do I need to peel the little onions ? My e mail is >removed per site rules< Thanks

Yes, you peel the onions, or the paper skins stay papery and inedible.
Blanch them in a pot of plain boiling water for about one minute, remove, cool enough to slide the skins off.
