Hi
I have been very inactive socially for years.. say 3-4 years. Now when I talk to someone, my body starts trembling along with my voice. I am consulting psychological doctor for help. Doc has prescribed me to take these tablets Encorate (500mg) & T.sizodon (1mg).
Before taking these tablets, doc said "I had impulsive behaviors during these years and that has dabbled with weed and alcohol. Mood is elevated affect is variable. Tangential speech. Cyclical Mood disorder"
So I took tablets for say, 2 months. I feel better and I'm improving. But that trembling thing is not getting away. I still get some unwanted body movements, like my mouth or hands or my voice. I get too much tremors on my cheeks & mouth, my fingers too.
Please suggest me.. what is exactly wrong and why I get too shaky.

Have you consulted with a Physician, perhaps a Neurologist, to see if the shakes/tremors are physical in nature?

You are taking an anti-seizure drug and an anti-psychotic. Is this the reason for the anti-psychotic? https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/mental-emotional-health/what-can-done-726243.html

I haven't consulted neurologist. But I can say that mostly the tremors I got near my mouth are physical.. sometimes I cannot stop them even with my hands, its like the nerves are trembling. I'm sorry I don't know what should I exactly call that.

The tremors and other issues while physcial, can easily be caused by mental stress. In fact it really sounds more like that, at least to me. This is a direction I would view.

The weed should have little effect on you, if it is in the past, there is no residue effect from it.

It isn't clear when the trembling started?
Many medications do have this as a side effect, even if it's down the list in probability.
