At 6 pm my last drink was Sunday at 3 am I drank 4 beers and 4 shots will I pass?

Shouldn't have been drinking if you are not supposed to. Then you would pass without a second thought. But it's a bit late for that... you have to wait and see... maybe learn from this one if you get "lucky".
