I have two signed limited editons 160/375 171/375 bought about 30 years ago at collectors guild Madison ave. new York new York.they are both lithographs, look to be a quant village in paris maybe, the artists name according to my mom is jean paul noyer, the signature could be loyer,maybe even loya. But still my mom insists its noyer. Can anyone give me any leads, info on this I would like sell but don't know what to ask.
