I have a 2006 JD xj75 and when I start it and set the throttle lever to high is revs up and down. I am not sure if the spring on the governor linkage is not attached correctly. Is there anywhere I could get a diagram of this? The motor is made by Kawasaki and is 179cc.

Sounds like the carb needs a good cleaning.
