Will 1 beer that I drank at noon today show up on an alcohol test tomorrow afternoon. I'm not sure if it is an EtG test or not?

Will 1 beer drank at noon show up on EtG test afternoon the next day?

I guess my question needs to be mor specific. Would 1 beer come up with a different score than 7? Or does EtG test check presence of alcohol no matter how much is consumed? Thanks

Does the amount of alcohol ingested effect the outcome of EtG testing?
