If it is only a form of exercise and you don't get into the religious aspect of it, it is not haram.

Yoga can be an exercise regimen designed to increase function, strength and mobility while at the same time decreasing stress.

Yoga as a religion seeks God and strives to be one with God through study and meditation and living a certain way.

I think that all of the religious scripts about the same God, because there is no God beside him. Before Muhammad or Jesus or Moses or all of the prophet the God still remains the one for all from the beginning of our time. It's simple
