It appears some wag in the US has proposed an amalgamation between our great nations, probably thinks it is the way to get the american economy going but we have a particular view or is it pecular view of this unwanted takeover bid

Someone also started a petition to force the Jacksonville Jaguars to sign Tim Tebow. The petition site is stupid and meaningless.

Hey I don't think petitions do much either, particularly when they are frivilous

Tebow is the most influential athelete according to Forbes .
Tim Tebow Tops Forbes' 2013 List Of America's Most Influential Athletes - Forbes (http://www.forbes.com/sites/tomvanriper/2013/05/06/americas-most-influential-athletes-2/)
If only he could throw a tight accurate spiral...
But of course this has nothing to do with the OP
I wouldn't mind if the US acquired Australia.

The Jags could use anyone. Hard to win or fill the stands with MJD and a good punter.

Shows how little you know about Christians, loving others and influencing them for good is never a waste of time.

No Tom you have it wrong we don't play second fiddle to anyone, you wouldn't like our brand of politics after the merger, sorry reverse take over. You see you would acguire universal health care, a fair taxation system, an aggressive regulated banking system and an economy that actually works and we would have to get rid of that stupid electoral system that keeps you permanently in election mode oh yes and the guns would have to go by the way have you heard of AFL and NRL? It's the brand of football where the foot actually touches the ball

Agreed, but the anti-Christian narrative ignores the good which far outweighs the bad.

When you see stuff that is not in agreement with your worldview you see it as anti-something or hateful. It's always black and white. I don't view the world that way.

Fact is it is black or white, anything else and you get a camel and a camel is a horse invented by a compromise

Spare me, I know "anti-something and hateful" when I see it and won't call it something else. Some things are that black and white. Your pic was ignorant and hateful.
