I have been pregnant for 7 weeks now. Last week I noticed some brown tiny clots, consulted my gyn she recommended HCG Injection& sustain 200. Had my scanning next day... heartbeats found normal. But the spotting has not stopped its 6 th day today. Meanwhile I had another HCG injection. Dr says to wait for another 2 weeks. What should I do? Suggested complete bed rest.. which not possible totally as I have a 4 yr old daughter. p.s. my age is 37 yrs

You need to follow doctors orders. If bed rest is required, that's what you need to do to maintain your pregnancy, that is what you will have to do.
