So I'm looking for this old music video and I'm having some trouble. The only things I remember are
1) It's from, I'd say, about 1999-2003 possibly.
2) It is definitely an animated music video, pretty sure it was black and white only.
3) The artist name or the song title, possibly both, had the word 'cool' in there somewhere. Something like 'I'm cool' or 'McCool' or something, I don't know.
