After use, the weep hole in the back of the faucet dribbles waste water onto the sink deck.

I installed a permeate pump on my system to save water.

A previous post solved this issue by suggesting clearing the black drain tube from the faucet into the sink drain.

Looking down the sink drain I can see the waste water dribbling into the sink drain so this is not likely the problem.

Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks in advance.

Well, the faucet has an "air gap" built into it. ( California Code ). The part between the faucet and drain is blocked or kinked. Even when some water is dripping into the drain, it still may have kink in it or debris. Clean it. Or, install new faucet w/o air gap. Back to you. Milo

Milo:

Thanks for your response. I cleaned it once with a straightened coat hanger but the weeping persisted.

I bent the end of the coat hanger back on itself crimping a cloth from my gun cleaning kit between the wire.

We will see if this does the job.

Regards.
