Hello,

I live in SC and I would like to know where to mail the federal tax forms?

The article 519 (? ) gives Philly, PA address, IRS representatives gave me the Austin, TX address and the booklet says to mail it to Atlanta, GA.

Help Me!!

I am not an expert or anything, but I think it is Austin :)

If you are a non-resident alien filing Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ, use the Austin address; the IRS moved the NRA processing center to Texas late in 2006.

If you are a resident alien or U.S. citizen, send it to Atlanta, GA.
