What number am I? I round to 750 if you round me to the nearest ten. I round to 700 if you round me to the nearest hundred. The sum of my digit is 16.

My interpretation:

750 is max.

700 is minimum

16 = 7 + 4 + 5 OR 7 + 5 + 4

754 is ruled out as 750 as a maximum.

745 is my answer.
