Hi, I was suffering last one and half year with back neck pain and shoulder pain, when I talk with my GP he said it's that muscles are stiff so he give me painkiller it goes on, but recently from mid of Feb I feel pain in my left side of head above the ear and my vein is like bursting and start vomiting too, but after taking painkiller it goes off after two days but feel burning on the same space, then after that same happened three times and last was in 10th April and after that I feel burning my left side of face, jaws, chin, ear, temple, and also pain even I can't sleep well in the night on same side, my GP thought it is might be migraine but after taking that pills I feel no improvement beside of that, my tongue is also feel numbness and taste less can any one guide me what I have to do.

Have you looked into trigeminal neuralgia (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/trigeminal-neuralgia/DS00446)? Do your symptoms match any?

Have you visited a chiropractor or had physical therapy on your neck? There may be one or more pinched nerves, especially if you hold your head a certain way for a long time, like in front of a computer monitor.
