I was working fire this man being his secretary booking flights hotels and what not and when I got my first paycheck I went to go cash it next thing I know cops are and I'm getting arrested for fraud... I went to jail for 3days and was let out didn't see a judge and I guess that man has done that to several other people as well.. What I want to know is when my employer does a background check will that show up?

Where? This makes little/no sense. You were arrested and put in jail for 3 days for cashing your own paycheck, this has happened to other people and that was the end of? You never sued for false arrest?

Yes, an arrest would show on a background check. The disposition of the charge would also show.

It was because it was a fraudulent check... It was fake... Um I never seem a judge they released me the day I was supposed to see a judge and said charges were dropped and never heard about it again... This happened in sacramento CA so I hope my boss don't see this and not hire me
