I do not know my breast size and shape. So I'm always in a wrong term of using bra. It always embarrasses me as I have very large boobs. I;m not comfortable with any bra. Please help me, tell me what should I do to shape up my boob and which kind of bra should I use?

What country are you in, and are you in a city or small town? I know it isn't easy to find a store these days where you can try on bras and even get help with it. There are bras with very wide straps and wide band under the cups, good for large breasts, and you can avoid underwire bras, which dig in and hurt.
To find your size in American numbers, you need a measuring tape or string and then a way to measure the string in inches. Wrap it around the largest part of your chest, not loose and not tight. A large bust might be something like 44-48". Then the cup size is harder - all you can do is try cup sizes like D, or E, perhaps.
Try the website JustMySize.com, which has bras that go up to size 58 J. (That's a size I didn't even know existed.)

Seriously?
To Nora
Go to a store that specializes in lingerie a Victoria's Secret if one is nearby. They can help properly size you. If you have a large bust, bras may be more expensive for you, but a good bra will help you in many ways.

ScottGem, I have a feeling that you don't know anyone who had to be fitted for a bra lately?
And the nearest place to me that can fit bras is over a 3 hour drive, and would require parking in a very expensive garage park.

Actually I do, but since you already asked the question of location, I didn't need to repeat it.

People have already said the same thing I was going to post which was to go to a good department store or lingerie department and have the staff measure you.
