I work in a warehouse. Been working there for 5months now. My feet still kill me like its day one. The pain is so bad that it feels like someone took the skin off them.
I have tried every shoe pad out there and changed shoes too. Nothing seem to help me.

Your shoes/boots probably don't fit correctly. I have also noticed that when I was on my feet all day, the socks made a difference as well.

Have you seen a doctor about this? You could have an issue with your feet and need specially made inserts (they're not cheap, but if you have an arch issue or another issue, they are the only things that really work).
