I am having symptoms of pregnancy but I am having a period.my periods is 2 days late.the day when my periods has been started I feel severe pain in left side of my stomach.only one hour I feel severe pain and whenever I go to discharge urine I feel lower abdominal pain.after urine discharge I see that lots of fresh blood coming. Need help me what to do.. I don't know I am pragnent or not.but I'm trying to conceive.

What Preganancy symptoms might those be exactly... meaning there is no such thing for the first several months outside of your period stopping. THey are all attributible for any number of other things.

If your period started two days late... then you aren't pregnant.
