My 2002 kia optima won't fire, it turns over but won't crank. Has new fuel pump, new starter and new battery and battery cables but won't crank

Check and see if you have power at the starter. Two people, one to turn the key, the other to read the meter at the starter. You might have a bad fuse, or electrical connection. There is also a safety switch that stops the starter from getting power if the transmission is not in park. Your ignition switch may also be defective. Let me know what you find. These are some of my first thoughts. Keep trying.
