I am two days past the day of my ovulation. As I was masturbating today I orgasmed and I noticed some blood in it.

More info:

My menstrual cycle used to be very regular. But this time around it was late by 8 days and hurt tremendously, very much. The legs, my head, my stomach was all aching very much. Normally, there is some pain around what I think is the region around my fallopian tubes exactly 2 days before I have my periods and never in the middle of the cycle so I used to think that was sort of normal. However, it has started to ache randomly now, mostly on the right side, 9 out of 10 times it is on the right side. As I typed this, it hurts on the right. I don't know what is wrong with me.

I am depressed right now but I am not sure that has much to do with this. I have been depressed since a year now and the cycle was regular. I had some hair fall problems but it was some months ago. I had ringworms last month. That was the last time I took any medication, it was Terbinafine. I had diarrhea before this. I tend to get dehydrated because I sometimes don't drink enough water.

I thought my vagina smelled "fishy" but maybe I am just being paranoid. I am 21, normal weight. I do eat a lot of unhealthy food but that cannot cause fibroid, can it?

Am I having some medical condition? Is this normal? Very worried.

To start a fishy smell is generally indicative of vaginosis, yeast infections, and even STD's. So if you have noticed this, you may want to see a doctor about it as it could be something you want to be rid of quickly.

Next, it's hard to say what could be causing your symptoms without a physical exam, but off the top of my head ovarian cyst and endometriosis come as do several GI issues - though these are just vague ideas. Stress can also cause obscure Abdominal pain and missed periods, but I think it's better to get to a doctor to rule out anything serious or contagious before we accept that as the cause. Your doctor might also be able to recommend a way to deal with your depression.

What caused your hair issues? Perhaps they're linked some how.

The hair issue probably was because I ate all the foods with very low nutrition. It stopped now when I started eating healthy. I was wondering if I should wait and see if my periods start at the right time the next month. Should I just go see a doctor anyway?

If your concerned about it, go see the doctor. It can't hurt anything. If you do have vaginosis or what not you should probably get that treated sooner than later.

If you mean waiting to see the doctor because of the missed period, I think you'd be all right waiting, but it won't help you out any if you've been experiencing the other symptoms for some time as they're not going away.

Oh and as far as there being blood when you orgasmed, it's possible you were probably just a tad too rough on yourself.

Yes, its probably a good idea to go see a doctor about the pain. If I do have an infection it will only get worse. Not smelling fishy today though, I tend to be a bit paranoid like I said. But still, no harm done in seeing a doc.

I didn't insert anything so I don't know if that could lead to bleeding.

Anyway, thanks a lot! I will go see a doctor and post what he has to say here. :)

Good luck! =-)

The doctor says I have UTI, gave me medication for it. She also thinks I have vitamin deficiency. Told me to drink more water. She said that after my exams (which are in less than a week), she would want me to get a sonography done to rule out anything else that could be causing my problems. Thanks for the help, once again. I don't know how I got this but I guess it all started after my allergic reaction to Azithromycin. Anyway, lets see.

I'm glad to hear it worked out all right!
