I am a 31 year old female, had her tubes cut, tied and burned 4 years ago. I went to the ER earlier this month for cramping after my menstrual. They conducted several tests (urine, blood, and even a sonogram). All of the results were inconclusive. The only thing they were able to tell me was that I had an extra "blood flow" in my uterus. They also stated that there were no signs of fibroids nor any major cysts (only petite ones-nothing unusual-no bigger than the tip of an eraser on a pencil). The doctors literally could not even diagnose me.

Now, I have had my menstrual again but this month it's been different. This month, I have only had it for 2 days instead of my usual 4.

My period last month was normal, except that I seem to have had a discharge (as I normally do at the end of every menstrual, but this time it was also before my menstrual).

Also, the month prior, I was lactating.

Off and on I seem to have pregnancy symptoms, such as cravings, but that can be from multiple things (including lacking vitamins).

I am currently uninsured and came here to seek any possible advice, not diagnosis. I'm just trying to see if anyone can help me to figure out what this could be until I can get to a doctor.

I've read multiple posts that there is a very slight possibility to becoming pregnant while tubes are cut, tied and burned. I'm just needing suggestions or possibilities please.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I think the lactating is significant. It doesn't necessarily mean you are pregnant and wouldn't start that soon anyway. You could have something that may take time to diagnose, some hormonal disruption involving endocrine glands. The menstrual hormonal cycle (hypothalamus and anterior pituitary to ovaries and uterus) is quite involved.

You didn't rule out endometriosis, which might be a thought.

Just because thorough doctors don't find something now doesn't mean there isn't something that will be evident later.
These are just 2 of MANY thoughts on the matter. As you state, you can't be diagnosed here, and are just searching for ideas.
