Hello everyone.I have question.. My son father left us when I was 5 months pregnant.. he kick me out from house and he left to different city.. 4 years I was carying about my baby alone.and now he found me and telling me about his rights.he have rights to come see him or not?? Or he can do something bad to us? I don't want have any contact with him.

He has rights. But he has to go to court to enforce them. The court will order a paternity test and if he is proven to be the father, the court will grant him some rights. Given the circumstances, they will probably only allow supervised visitation at first. In the meantime you counter file for child support.
I understand that you do not want to have contact with and the reasons. But you forfeited the ability totally block him out when you chose to have sex with him and have a child with him.
I'm not sure what "bad" you expect, its probable that he has matured and realized that he has a child and needs to be a part of that child's life. People can change. But his past history will probably mean the courts will go slow with reintegrating him. You do have to resign yourself that he IS the father of your child and that means he will be in your lives to some extent.
