Zappos seems to have every shoe ever made.
I buy shoes on eBay for bargain prices on all the ones 'worn once.' (Then I end up reselling some of them because they don't fit me either.)

Then, all the major department stores have sandals and flats already in stock. Get good shoes that will last and keep your feet healthy.
