Dark spots around eye could be due to many things. Allergies, stress, deficiency of nutrients etc. take 8 hour sleep. Drink lot of water and eat fresh food. Lot of veggies and fruits. Don't sit in front of screen for long time. Try yoga, pranayam.

I follow her on YouTube. Her stuff seems to be pretty good. I haven't tried this dark circle cream she's showing in this video but I'm sure it'll help. Concealer works great too!
