I had a child 5 years ago whom was diagnosed with Congenital CMV. What are the chances that the baby I am now 9 weeks pregnant with will be affected?

According to the CDC the risk of transmitting CMV during a recurrent infection is 1% (the primary infection possibly being during your first pregnancy which has a risk of about 50% if it occurred in your first trimester). So unless you have a recurrence your odds are pretty slim for passing it on again.
