My ex husband receives SSD in PA. Due to his disability (which is questionable) my 4 children receive a total of $840 a month. I was recently told to go for child support and would like to know if the support will be totaled from the $30,400.00 a year tax free that he gets that includes the $840 (childrens benifites) or would it go separate off the $1700.00 a month that is his actual benefits?
Thank you in advance!

The calculation would be done on his income. The income your children are receiving would be on your side of the calculation. So add the amount you receive to what you make from any source.
231 Pa. Code Rule 1910.16-2. Support Guidelines. Calculation of Net Income. (http://www.pacode.com/secure/data/231/chapter1910/s1910.16-2.html)
