I get really bad acne on my back and I leaves really bad scars. There all at the top so everyone can see them. I have a dance coming up and my dress shows my back.. the scars are embarrassing so I don't want to go if I can't fix it. Any advice please?

There's not much you can do outside of time fading them or cosmetic surgery. Why on earth did you buy a dress that shows them off?
