My wife is a schoolteacher. She had a 2-3 minute episode where her peripheral vision was fuzzy and she had trouble focusing on the materials she was reading.

I have suggested that. Sometimes it is a challenge to set the wheels in motion. Thank You.

I say that because it can be something as minor as a Optical migraine (something I have from time to time) to something as serious as a mini-stroke.

Its imperative a doctor see her because early treatment if its something serious can make all the difference.

That is what I was trying to impress upon her. My Mom went through her vision blurring over the course of a couple of months as she actually had to retake her driver's test. She sadly had a massive stroke a few months later.

Well if pointing out what happened to your mom... someone she actually knew doesn't work... I doubt anything will. Some people actually don't WANT to know if something serious is creeeping up on them. I've known a couple people like that.
