I had a few viruses on my HP Windows Vista so I took it in and had it worked on. Norton gave it so many problems and so they talked me into Webroot. I cannot download anything. Pics, skype or any downloads like for my Canon MP270 printer so that I may print something. No bigfishgames. It is ridiculous and of course, the people will not call a customer back (South Haven Computer). I am so frustrated! Please help me.

Agreed, this is "rediculous." You apparently took it in for repairs. Take it back and demand that it be repaired again.
