If someone leaves their daughter their bank a/c's and Bonds, house, etc. and leaves their domestic partner their IRA, can anyone challenge the domestic
Partner to take away the IRA since she's not blood related?

If you are unmarried then you can name anyone you want to be beneficiary of your IRA. The only rule is that if you are married and name someone other than your spouse as beneficiary then the spouse must sign a waiver to agree.

Also, if an IRA has a beneficiary, then the IRA is not part of the estate, but goes direct to the beneficiary.
