I have had these bumps on my pubic region for almost 2 weeks I would say. I've tried hydrogen peroxide, bikini zone anti-bump, vinegar compress... and I avoided shaving until today. I thought it was ingrown hairs, because it appeared after dry shaving, but it never got better after I tweezed down there. Two of the bumps got bigger and I drained them, letting out blood and maybe a bit of water/puss? I'm not sure. I am freaking out, because it won't go away, and it's embarrassing. I just want to know what it is and how I can get it to go away... FAST. Please help.

If you shave your pubic hair then you are going to probably get ingrown hairs and you are going to knick skin that sometimes has tiny uniformly raised not very visible bumps, and the open skin gets infected, cysts, or pimply. Stop shaving and have it done with wax by a cosmetician, unless you feel that you can wax yourself.
Keep cleaning often with unscented soap and rinse well, and air yourself dry walking around naked. Wear loose clothing of natural fibers.
