Assalamwalaykum,

I am married since last six months and my husband stayed with me for a month after marriage and then applied for my visa and it's 5 months that I am staying away from him with his parents.his parents give me a monthly expense of 2 thousand rupees other than my food and medicine.they do not ask me for my any other needs nor do my husband asked me once even in five months if I need anything.alhamdulilah I don't need anything but I felt the need to tell him that he should have at least ask me about my needs as sometimes if I wish to buy anything my parents pay the money for me which I feel bad about.when I told him he don't ask me he says that I have left you with ma parents n. m not going to ask you for any of your needs as I know they will take care of if you ask them.its no where written in Hadith that I have to ask you such thing if I have left you with ma parents.I said out of courtesy also you can't ask me.he says no.I had asked him for some money to meet my some needs to which this was his reply.I want answer to my question with proper hadith and Quran references.we had a huge discussion and debate to an extent of ending relation.I really need your help.
