Does anyone know the name a movie from the 90s (I think) that is about a girl who has a black and white outfit (with a flower on her chest) and brown curly pigtails? She goes to a world or town of different colored characters, they have different colored outfits. They sign a lot of songs, there are these yellow people with funnel-like things on their heads, a little acorn, a crazy bird, and a bunch of other people that I can't remember. But the people in the town used to all be friends and then something happened to make them all mad at each other. At the end the girl sprains her ankle on some stairs and all the characters come together and tie their multicolored scarves around her ankle... giving her outfit color, and then they all sing "Make new friends, but keep the old, one is silver and the other's gold..." and everyone lives happily ever after.
