How do you adjust temp and mode function for titan n270/scr-4 tankless water heater? Nothing happens when I push or hold buttons down. When water is not running panle says flow off when hot water turned on flashes a bar across bottom (seems to show max) then display goes blank. Thanks

Re-read the instructions, including Trouble shooting section. Besides that, and generally speaking, water must be turned OFF when adjusting temperature. Question: is that control adjustment button on the body of the heater itself or do you have remote control pad ? Ok, Try again... Back to you... Milo
