I am breaking out all over my head & neck areawhich is causing me pain.I would like 2 no can a infected tooth cause this?

Yes an infected tooth can cause all of that and more. If the infection were to get bad enough you can die from it.

If you have sought treatment and have been put on anibiotics then its possible your having an allergic reaction and should contact the doctor / dentist right away.

By breaking out, do you mean rash and/or itching?
And if it is a possible allergic reaction, any narcotic pain medications being taken? If you search, you can usually find emergency dentists available 24 hrs a day. Or contact your dentist's emergency number-- but you give no indication that you have seen a dentist? It is very unlikely that you will get any relief without seeing a professional.
