I have these bumps on my arms after being in the sun. Never had these problems until the last few years. Use to have clean smooth skin. Is it cause of meds?

If you are on a different med, yes it could be a side effect, but we don't know your medical history and diagnosing on the internet is impossible to do.

I took perks for a year. I'm sure that's what it is but is there any cure for it? It itches too. Wish I can get rid of it. If I stop taking the meds will that help? And how long after I stop taking the meds will it take to not be a side affect.

Taking perks for a year still doesn't tell us much.
Which perk? Prescribed or bought on the street? What dose? What for?
And so on.
People have all sorts of reactions to medications. You can look up which perc it is and read through all the least common side effects.
Many drugs even have warnings to stay out of the sun.
Buy some cortisone cream or spray for now and take Benedryl, both OTC.

They are the ones with no tynloal. They are from the street I guess it's more of a addiction but trying to stop. But got these bumps and they itch and I hate it. If I stop now how long will it be out my system were the side affects will not affect me? I just want this to go away. And lotion or anything I can take to help it or make it go away other than what you just stated?

They are all different doses. From 5 to 10. Nothing else. I only take 10 mil a day I don't take it to get high I take it really to get me going. But I know I don't need it. I'm stopping today!!
