My ex wife filed a restraining order in kenosha,wi without cause only to gain custody of my three kids... isn't there a law that prevents others taking advantage of people that have disabilities? What can I do to defend myself in the future??

It would be impossible to get a restraining order without cause. That being said if they lied and you didn't defend yourself then that is cause enough to allow it to go through.

I am an ADHD adult... its been proven that people with ADHD cannot stay focused when talking or doing anything requiring focusing... it should be able to be removed , or expunged... shouldn't it?

So if you are diagnosed, but unmedicated, no one will look twice at you. You are a "loose screw." Have you checked out getting meds through Medicaid?

Yes, miss I will let you know as soon as I do, and do you know how I can get officially diagnosed in having Asperger's syndrome, mom told me to look into it, and my twin sons might have it as well... they don't know personnel boundaries, or how to distinguish from some people joking, or serious... just like me...
