My sink is clogged, I have disassembled the pipes below and cleaned it out of any debree, I have also tried plunging it and using drano. After reassembling it, it is still backed up. I have also checked the main pipe line that is located outside of my house, and see little water flowing.

The main drain is most likely clogged. Need to auger out the drain from the inside cleanouts. If you don't know how to use a power auger, suggest you use a plumber.

Hi Noelani
What happens at the cleanout when you flush a toilet? If your main drain was clogged in any way, I would suspect that you would be having issues flushing toilets and using the washing machine drain, so I don't think that is the issue here. Double check the main cleanout while flushing the toilet a few times. If all flows well, then your issue is back at the sink at the pipes in the wall.
If the problem does appear to be related strictly to the sink then you need to rent a small electric snake (purchase leather gloves and safety goggles) and you need to snake the drain line going into the wall.
If you are lucky, the snake you rent will have a DROP HEAD on it as many times the snake wants to go UP the vent instead of DOWN the drain. The drop head helps force the snake down the drain. With that being said, you may have to send the snake into the drain multiple times to clear the drain well. If you have a flat roof you may also want to try snaking down the sink vent!
Once you have the drain flowing, fill a sink with hot water and flush the drain that way for best result!
Let us know what you think, OK?
