I have a troy built self propelled mower worked great almost the whole summer last year then next time I went to use it the thing stays engaged cannot stop it from moving as soon as it starts it is moving will not dis-engage and the cable seems to be fine no issue there any suggestions it is 21 inch cut selectspeed XO

PS usually means something has wedged the engagement arm at the transaxle.
