I have all these bites that are painful and bleed. I get them most on and around my head. They look like little grains of dirt at first and that's when they bite then I'll see all this fuzz looking stuff flying in the air. It gets so bad that I have to wipe my glasses off constantly. Have paid thousands of dollars going to doctors, hospitals, specialists, etc. just to have them tell me I'M CRAZY. I've taken samples caught by scotch tape. Some of them look like pieces of tobacco. NOW, I have an appt. with Infectious Disease at the OU in OKC, OK. On May 1, 2013. Due to the intensity of these bites, I've now gotten STAFF. PLEASE, PLEASE, IF ANYONE OUT THERE HAS EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM, I BEG OF YOU TO PLEASE REPLY. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

They have ruled out everything u can think of and known to the medical prof.. I was told by the Dermatologists to bring samples with me I was talking about. I did just that and the first thing she said was, "WHAT IS THAT"? THE SAMPLES U TOLD ME TO BRING. SHE WOULD NOT TOUCH ME. WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM AND LEFT MY RECORDS SITTING ON THE STOOL, THE CDC AND INFECTIOUS DISEASE BOTH DENIED SEEING ME AS WELL. THEY SAID, "THAT'S NOT OUR AREA OF EXPERTISE." MY PCP EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO STATE ON MY REFERRALS, "PT. NEEDS SEEN, ASAP, STAT." THEY STILL WOULD NOT SEE AND THAT'S GREAT COMMUNITY CARE HMO FOR YA. SCABIES, MITES, BEDBUGS, FLEAS, TICKS, ETC
Please don't type in CAPS, there is no reason to yell at me. Typing in CAPS is the same as yelling in the cyber community.

After you showed her the samples, why did she walk out of the room?

I type in caps so I can see it better, so sorry if that bothers anyone but I can't help that one. When explained why I do that considering I don't have a degree, computer dummy, and can't see worth a darn anymore, I do the best I can. You are the only person who as ever ever had a prob with me writing in all caps.

I am NOT the person who said anything about caps. I wondered why the nurse walked out of the room after looking at the samples.

Wish I knew. She ask me what I was doing thre anyway. "do what" she ask again, "lets see here, i know my pcp refered me" I have all these bites on my skin and purple raised blister looking welps, and a bug in my ear,. have no idea neither did my pcp. When she walked out on me she had told me she would be right back that she was going to make a phone call. After about 5min. Her nurse came in and said I could go now. "u must be making a mistake cause she told me she'd be right back." no, she's not coming back and you can leave now. "no, i think u need to ask her again, please." 5min later she comes back and tells me again I can leave now. "what about my medical records she left sitting on this stool here"? "just take them with you" "wait a minute, ur front desk just argued with my husband and made him pay you up front, so does that mean she's giving me my money back? "no, we're not giving you your money back, you need to go now."

Interesting that they gave you the "bum's rush" and shuffled you out the door. Did they say anything about seeing a different doctor or getting counseling?
How is the staph infection being treated?

You said, "Have paid thousands of dollars going to doctors, hospitals, specialists, etc. just to have them tell me I'M CRAZY."
Has anyone actually said you are crazy? Do the medical personnel see the same things you do -- do they see these bugs and bites?
And that nurse had said, "no, we're not giving you your money back, u need to go now." It sounded like she was desperately trying to get rid of you. Why?
If the doctors and CDC can't figure this out, I am left wondering why you think strangers with little or no medical background can figure this out?
