Im a 26 year old female 3 months post partum, no insurance, I have PPD and have been on several different antidepressants/ antipsychotics, I have severe anxiety and I am currently on Lexapro and Ativan TID. I have been to the ER several times and they find nothing wrong with my heart, however the EMT's have documented SVT's as well as orthostatic HYPERtension. My eyelis twitch and my eyes dilate when I change positions. Could this be due to anxiety or does it sound cardiac. I have had 2 EKG's in the ER as well as 2 chest X-rays.

It would be foolish and dangerous for strangers to attempt to diagnose over the internet, particularly when Physicians who have examined you cannot.
Could it be cardiac? Certainly. Could it be postpartum and all that comes with it? Yes. Could it be anxiety? Yes.
I know - that doesn't help you at all. Who prescribed the medications you currently take? Could that person see and perhaps adjust your medication or offer other relief/help?
Recovering from childbirth, having new responsibilities, being depressed, having health issues are all major concerns, and you have all of these piled on top of each other. You need to find someone to get you some help.
