When printing from outlook the user name displayed on the top of the page is incorrect. I have tried reinstalling office as well as changing the user profile and deleting it to no avail. I am totally dun founded to what the problem could be. Any ideas?

The incorrect user name is only shown on all prints from outlook.

Isn't it related to the mail account you are using in Outlook? Perhaps your settings are incorrect when you set up the account. Is this an Internet Mail Only setup or a Corporate/Exchange setup?

In Your Account setup there is a name for the account. That's the name that should show up.

This is the weird thing, it's the correct account! Yet when printing the incorrect user name appears.

Well its actually one of my users. I have no idea why it would be my name at the top of the printouts and not the actual users.
