I eat salad with low fat dressing everyday for lunch, I also eat a low fat dinner. But for exersise I don't think I'm doing enough. I do 40 crunches, 20 pushups, run around out side with my brother for an hour or so, I walk home from school everyday which takes about 30 minutes. I do 100 jumping jacks, I also do 10 squats, and I hold a plank for 1 minute. Is what I'm doing enough to loose weight in about 2 months? I started my diet about 3 months ago but I haven't really seen a change.

It sounds like you are obsessing over this.
Have you talked with your doctor about any of this?
Why do you think you need to lose weight?

Just because something is low in fat doesn't necessarily make it healthy. Go for low carb instead. You especially want to lay off the carbs about 5 hours before bed time. If at all possible you should introduce circuit weight training to your workout regimen as it is actually the best way to keep up your metabolism.

Addie has several threads about body image problems ranging from weight to eyelashes to the length of her hair.
I think the problem is deeper and more complicated than calories and exercise.
