6 months ago I was arrested for drug possession, I'm 34 years old and never been in trouble before.. I made a deal with the court under DEJ(deferred entry of judegement)PC1000 / prop 36.. according to what I've readon on the internet, under a background a check the only thing that would appear would be the arrest but no conviction, not unitl I've completed the court appointed drug classed then the case would be dismissed or if I don't complete them then I would be formally convicted as a Felony!
During my job search and background check would I still be okay, since I haven't been technically/legally convicted of a crime. The position is with a bank, senior level position.

If you are ASKED if you was "arrested" and not just convicted... and lie... its always fire-able offense... whenever its discovered. Not matter WHEN its discovered.
