First, please write in regular words and sentences. I don't know if you were texting or what but your post is hard to understand - I am getting part, but not all of it.

Cholic affects babies, so if you're old enough to type a post I doubt you have it.

Either lactose intolerance or IBS can cause considerable discomfort and excess gas - so can a poor diet, so we can't really diagnose you online.

What you should do is follow your doctor's directions exactly, and make a follow up doctor appointment. When you go back, you can report on the impact of the treatment recommended to date. Based on whether it's working, not working, partly working, making matters worse, or whatever, they can run additional tests and/or try different treatments.

If you try the doctors recommendations consistently and see no improvement, go to a specialist like a gastroenterologist and make sure they eliminate anything potentially dangerous or life threatening like ulcers, colon cancer and pancreatic cancer. It probably is just IBS or lactose intolerance so I wouldn't panic, but I wouldn't be complacent about it either.

They cannot effectively treat you if you don't follow direction consistently. Part of how they treat things like IBS, since there's no definitive test for it, is to see whether recommended treatment works. If you don't try the treatment consistently, they can't know if it works or not.

Do you mean celiac disease?
The best way to find out is to cut out ALL wheat, barley and rye from your diet. That isn't easy if you buy prepared foods - and of course it means no more bread at all.
Supermarkets sometimes sell gluten-free foods.
But... if you tend to be constipated, you probably aren't gluten-intolerant. Give it a try though. Many people say they feel better overall when they give up gluten.

The pains in your back are probably related to the gas, as is the awful feeling before it comes out. Try gas relief products like Beano. Eat lots of yogurt.
We can't know if you have something or not. But at your age, all the bad eating habits we get away with start to affect us adversely. You may just have poor diet, not enough fiber, not enough fluids of the right kind.

Thank you so much sorry about my spelling.
