I have 3 printers. One is laser jet, another two are colour printer and dot matrix printers. When I am going to print a MS Excel file, the lay out of the file will be changed. It is very difficult to manage every time to change the layout the excel file. Is there any solution regarding this problem ?

Does this happen on the laserjet or color printers you have? If it's only happening on one printer you may need to update drivers or disable advanced features.
