I applied for many different online loans. One loan company called me back to verify my info and told me I was approved for a $1,000! He then told me that my credit was poor so I had to pay $200 to prove I'm capable of paying the payments so I sent it then he told me I would get my 200 back with the 1000 it wiuld be deposited within 1 hour I never got anything so when I called they told me to stay on hold and make sure everything went through I then explain that was all I had and I didn't want to continue the loan and I wanted my money back he told me I would have to wait 48 days and it will be mailed to me. I realize it's a scam but is there a way I can get my money back?

I'm sorry people fall for this sort of thing.
How did you pay the $200, and when? ('never' is a few gazillion years from now.)

It might be easy to reverse the $200, but if you can't, it may cost you more than it's worth to file a lawsuit. They know that.
You can contact the AG's Dept of Consumer Prot. Div of their state and yours. Perhaps you don't know what state they are in.
NEVER pay money for a service online unless you have a clear and solid proof that they are reliable, from other sources.
