I have noticed that every time I exercise my stomach starts bloating and it feels hard and hurts like if in period, I get this feeling of having to do number 2 so I go to the bathroom but nothing happens just air comes out and regular pee, I keep feeling this bloated stomach and then go to the bathroom and stay there and I start doing #2 and some air comes out as well almost like I clean myself and the bloating goes away, not completely but almost gone. I just want to know if their might be a reason for this happening? Or what can I do to stop this bloating? What do you recommend?

I assume that you mean abdomen and not stomach? Stomach is above the belly button.
Sounds like gas, very normal. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids and try eating yogurt every day. There are foods that tend to produce gas, but since they are mostly good for you, I won't list them. The main ones that aren't nutritious are carbonated soft drinks. Much as I love Diet Coke, I have to avoid all carbonation.
I have tons of gas in my stomach that gives me heartburn (acid reflux) and I eat Tums, but I get no gas further down, I guess because I burp up all the gas before it gets there.
You could try Beano, which is for gas further down the intestines.
And last but not least - women often go through this because of their hormonal combinations each month. I know I was bloated before my periods when I was young, but now I'm way past menopause and it's all ancient history.
