I would love ask an information about a start up business!
Basically I'm going to start a new business. about Italian Food.I'd like to know about license,start-up business,registration VAT and others information.
My shop will be like a delicatessen(A deli with some tables inside)where we'll serve cold food and wine!So I thought that I need A1 license and a license for sell Alcohol (only wine).And also I 'll sell my goods on internet website and delivery home.

First, any business that will be selling food will need to be licensed. However, such licensing is done on a very local level. So you need to contact your local chamber of commerce to find out what licensing you need. We can't tell you that.

The fact that you mention VAT indicates that you may be in the UK or Europe, the US doesn't use VATs or at least they don't refer to them as such.
