OK, you are 14... your periods are likely not stabile yet. The firstr couple years will likely be the most irratic. They will likely become more regular in the next year or so.

You should start having annual Gynacologist visits once you start having your period.

As far as the other question... its best you have that discussion with your mom, sooner rather than later.

So kids, to avoid pregnancy - keep your pants on! I don't think this young lady was doing these things. An irregular period at 14 is very common.
